Tygavac introduces the new Sprayable Multi-Bag Kit and Cartridge - June 2007
The new Sprayable Multi-Bag Kit has replaced the discontinued Brush Bag Kit which will be a quicker and cleaner way to create a reusable silicone, vacuum bag, and virtually with no odor. The unique ingredients will cure in thick sections and quicker by moisture in the air. Also, it can be used on larger parts such as big boats, automobiles, etc.
The 750ml Cartridge is replaceable so it can be easily replaced without replacing the entire unit. As a result, it will reduce labor costs and time.
The Sprayable Multi-Bag is a low viscosity paste and is designed to use for reinforcing materials such as the RVB Mesh 1 which will provide extra strength and durability.
The Sprayable Multi-Bag Kit includes the following:
1. Multi-bag Spray Gun
2. Multi-bag Regulator
3. Multi-bag Hi-Flow Mixer
4. Multi-bag Hi-Flow Nozzle
The replaceable, Sprayable Multi-Bag (750ml Cartridge) is not included in the kit and is sold separately. As for the accessories from the kit, they can be bought individually. It is currently available through your local distributors.
The Sprayable Multi-Bag Kit will find its widest use in the marine, automotive, motor sports, and general composites industries and for medium and large parts.
