Training Facility
Tygavac Advanced Materials Ltd. has established a Training Facility at its Rochdale facility. Providing training courses for customers and distributors this reinforces our commitment to be more than a manufacturer, but also a Technical Partner of the Composites Industry .
Tygavac Engineers have prepared standard training courses covering theoretical and hands-on training in the manufacture of composite parts and tooling utilising our wide range of Vacuum Bagging and composite tooling materials. Standard courses are:-
- Prepreg / autoclave processing
- Resin infusion processing
- Composite Tooling
Custom courses can be prepared to customer requirements. The training courses provide understanding of material selection and correct usage to be able to produce high quality composite parts, reduce production cycles, eliminate waste and control cost.
The training centre has a well equipped composite shop, autoclave and selection of tooling. One of the many companies who it was of benefit to was Tygavac Advanced Materials’s Spanish distributor INP 96, who attended a resin infusion course in March 2009.
